Hinton Pond Hockey invites all interested parties to attend our Annual General Meeting on Friday, September 20, at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the boardroom at the Dr. Duncan Murray Recreation Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about our organization and ask any questions you may have.

• Overview of the current status of Pond Hockey (new society)

• Introduction of board members

• Discussion of budget and costs

• Explanation of our operations both on and off the ice

• Planning for the Christmas Party

• Open floor for questions and answers
